    Read an article on gamerant - they gave a tip that if you can't see the chair in the options, you have to claim the reward, which is the chair.

Hi crinrict​ thank you for the tipp! That´s the problem - I haven´t claimed the reward yet because there was some kind of error occuring. After closing the game and opening it again it worked so everything is fine now! :)
