I have the same problem. My current sims family sells nectar bottles and I noticed that all the nectar bottles that was made and stored before the update changed prices after the said update as well. The prices showed when you hover over the bottles were alarmingly lower than their former original price but if you sell it from your sims inventory or the entrepreneur table it still sold for the original prince rather than current price. I tried removing all my mods and starting from a new save with a new sim but the problem is still the same when you make new nectar bottles.
I hope they fix this soon, I'm on my 8-9th gen and my sims only make nectar bottles for a living. T_T

Is this for a retail shop ?
There's a known issue for food sales table: [HCHSP] [HR] Wrong price for Selling Nectar on the Food Sales Table (1.110.265) | EA Forums - 11687870
Probably best to report the store one as well in the bug forum: The Sims 4 Bug Reports

It is a retail shop. The issue only started after this week’s update.

I am also having this issue on Mac. I do not sell the bottles/ have a retail shop (though sometimes I sell the bottles for money from my sims inventory) and even the finely aged excellent bottles are below 50 simoleons.

There's a bug report here now: [HR] Finely-aged nectar shows low price on tool-tip | EA Forums - 11936486
It doesn't only affect retail. The tool tip is just generally wrong.
