need to download Sims4
I have had problems with Origin and Sims4 games not loading, so I created backup folder for Sims4 but still wont work. I uninstalled all my Sims 4 and now want to know how to reinstall them on Origin...
@snzzzzzzz It would really help to know what computer you use. Sounds like Origin is hung up and needs be reset. If you have tried to quit and restart your computer and it is still messed up... and also reinstalled Origin...then you may need to rest origin. There is a tool which does it really well on the Mac. It finds all of the little files in all the little places not in the application folder and deletes them. It has really helped me in the past, https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/. If you are on Windows then someone else here can help!
@snzzzzzzz
If you are using Windows system - never use Mac tools!
You can try clean Origin cache

If it is not helping - reinstal Origin. After unistaling the Origin manualy run Ccleaner and it's registry cleaner to clear up any temporary, internet cache and other files like Origin files that are left behind ;

Download Origin from here
Restart the computer and launch Origin as a Administrator - right click Origin button "Ran as Administrator "
