Never Ending Loading

I can not get my game to load ANYTHING. I can open it and get as far as selecting a household, but can't even get to the select a lot screen without the game entirely stopping to endlessly load. tried starting a new save, deleting all mods, completely deleting and redownloading the entire game, and even deleting and redowloading EA as a last ditch effort, but nothing worked at all. I have not found anything that has worked and this issue has been going on for over a week now.

    Hi rodgets​ 

    there are several threads for this so to be sure this gets merged into the correct one:

    • Can you not load any households or just particular ones ?
    • Do you get any error messages ?
    • Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
      • Delete the ones you have
      • Trigger the error again
      • Check if new ones are created
      • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
