New households disappear completely after placing them on a lot

Hello, I cannot add new households to the game. When I create 2 sims in CAS and save, they disappear completely after I select a lot for them. The lot remains vacant. I play without mods on EA App. I already disabled the tutorials but it's not working. Please help, Thanks.
