I created a new game but unlike the other ones, I can't even enter a lot in build mode nor in play mode. I can't even get past the loading screen, so maybe it is closer to the second issue you pointed out ?
It would not be ideal, but I don't mind that much restarting the game from scratch. Would it be an option to keep a version of my saves on my computer just in case, and deleting the game entirely to clease it ?
Erkiazz Keeping earlier versions of saves is always an option as long as you have space for them on your computer. And to uninstall then reinstall the game is always an option. For most problems though, a repair will do the same thing more or less. Neither affects your user folder though. So, which you do is up to you.
There is one thing you can try that hasn't been discussed. You can create a new user folder (The Sims 4). Steps to do that are here: 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428. If a new user folder doesn't fix the problem, then you will probably be better off to salvage what you can from this save and start a new one. Given that the bug fix team is working on issues that I linked previously, you might want to hold onto the save so you could go back to playing it should the team come up with a fix in the near future.
