No arrows on Residential Rental lots

Basically... look at the far-right lot and you will see the full build. There should be two floors, however there are no arrows to go up and down when selecting the desired rental I wish to play with. Adding to the problem, I have created a sim that lives on the second floor and I cannot even access them.

Further adding to this... I went into Build Mode on the lot and it reverted back to the house that was previously there. I then exit to main menu and my container build is still there.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

It does sounds potential save game corruption. Is this the only lot that reverts back ?
