No arrows on Residential Rental lots
Basically... look at the far-right lot and you will see the full build. There should be two floors, however there are no arrows to go up and down when selecting the desired rental I wish to play ...

Further adding to this... I went into Build Mode on the lot and it reverted back to the house that was previously there. I then exit to main menu and my container build is still there.
