No longer have quests for Grim Reaper Rewards

Last week I had a problem with the quests not popping up and they're still not popping up after I repaired the game and every expansion pack. Also, will I receive all the items from this rewards eve...

I had the same problem, the glitch happened to me when I traveled to visit a lot that had a seance table.  So I repaired my game which didn't work. Out of frustration I decided to try a new game and behold, the quests appeared again. Then I went back to my original game and the quests were there also. Almost like a reset.  It's worth a try.
