No Mail

Feb 23 2026 Since the first Feb update the mail is not being delivered. Mailman does not come to the house at all.
Happened at 3 households currently played over the last several weeks. Searched for an existing bug report but nothing seemed to match.
- No bills
- Did not receive a will from the recently dead
- Freelance Photographer waited for the client approved photos so he could complete the gig. Failed.
- Spellcaster doesn't get their magical package tied to leveling up skill.
TA1111 did you try a different mailbox? I know the countryside mail box is working as I use it all the time. If this doesn't work rename your mods folder and try a new save. If that doesn't work try moving the sims 4 folder to you desktop. documents\electronic arts\the sims 4. The game will generate a new folder whilst your mods, saves and tray files will still be untouched on your desktop. you can move these back after you try a new save to see if the problem persists.
