TA1111 did you try a different mailbox? I know the countryside mail box is working as I use it all the time. If this doesn't work rename your mods folder and try a new save. If that doesn't work try moving the sims 4 folder to you desktop. documents\electronic arts\the sims 4. The game will generate a new folder whilst your mods, saves and tray files will still be untouched on your desktop. you can move these back after you try a new save to see if the problem persists.
