No Romance Gain Bug

Hi!

In the past week, I have not been able to gain romantic relationships with any Sims. I have tried different couples, different ages, different households, sexes, with mods, without mods. Nothing. I've tried doing it naturally with talking, and through the social media app(again with all completely different sims).  I don't have the Lovestruck pack but I do have the Royalty and Legacies of the new ones. I have repaired my game and still nothing.
