[NOT BUG] [GTW] Ghost assistant at hospital
When my sim went to the hospital to give birth there was a ghost working at the front desk. You can see it Here.
I think this might be a bug, because I think ghost aren't supposed to work...

So I had my sim work at the hospital and when I arrived all the rest of the staff are ghost ! I had my aging on but didn't think the staff would stay after death ! Help !? How can I rest my game to where my hospital staff are people ?

I've had ghost doctors and nurses attend to my pregnant Sims on multiple occasions. It creeps me out a bit honestly.
I'm totally unsure if this is a bug as it seems that just random Sims are picked.
If they do a good job, why not ?
