Ondarion not loading

I preordered the sims 4 royalty pack, got most of the content from the pack but it doesnt show up as a pack in the packs list in build/buy. Additionally, the Ondarion world doesn't come up in the worlds list so I feel like im missing out on what I paid for.

    garferelllla​  Does this happen in a new save too, and with no mods present?  Please remove your entire Mods folder and test.

    If that doesn't help, let me know whehtery our computer runs Windows or macOS.
