Error code preventing game load

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

• Delete the ones you have
• Trigger the error again
• Check if new ones are created
• If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

Thank you for this advice. I followed the instructions and still got the error code but I haven't found any replacement LastException files.

Hey there, just checking, what would the purpose be? What would the save show?

First step is to see if I can duplicate the error on my game, especially since you didn't get an LE. That is rather unusual for error codes.

Second if I can, I can try a few things to see if I can figure out what's going on. It's easier to see it myself. Don't think I've come across that particular error code but there are 102 errors that change every time.

If you want to try solve it yourself of course, there are guides for error code types that can help you find out what's going on.
