One Mask Missing in CAS – Discover University (Only 1 of 2 appears)

Hi,

I’m having an issue with Create-a-Sim (CAS) in The Sims 4: Discover University. The pack is supposed to include two face mask accessories, both categorized under “glasses.”

However, in my game, only one of them appears in CAS — the second mask is completely missing, even when I:

- Disable all mods and CC (I only use about 20 MB of CC total)
- Clear all CAS filters
- Repair the game through the EA App

I’ve looked everywhere, tried different genders, ages, and outfit categories — the missing mask is just not there.

Could EA confirm whether this is a known issue? And if not, could it be reported to the development team for a possible fix?
