Outfit Glitch - Stuck in One Fit

Changing outfits only changes hairstyle and not the sims clothes. This did initially happen on a Retreat lot but not during an active Retreat. I tried traveling back home but still had the issue. It resolved itself after closing and reloading the game. It seems whatever outfit the sim was wearing when the glitch happened is the one they were stuck in. Also this changed the selection screen to show all the correct outfits except for the one the sim was currently wearing. CAS did show all the correct outfits in the correct slots.
