owned rental properties are not showing up in the owned businesses tab

My sim owns 4 rental properties right now but none of them show up in the owned businesses tab. I still get notifications of tenant revolts and other issues that require my sim to go to the unit or call the contractor but it still doesn't appear in the businesses tab. My sim even successfully purchased another property and in manage worlds, it shows up as her being the owner. 

I have tried running the game without any of my mods or cc to test if it was any of them that were causing this glitch but it still persisted.

I deleted the localthumbcache and I have repaired the game 5 times. None of these things returned my rental properties.

I'm really confused and I would love any help.
