Plants still say they need to evolve after using evolve all

This has been happening before and after todays update. When I use the evolve all function it only evolves the plant I press it on. it then leaves the rest of the plants sparkling and showing that they still need to evolve. When I go to click the plant to evolve it there is no option to do so.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
