d2co5r6d1g7q That is the way the game works with Seasons installed. Seasons changed the time for plants to bear to beginning at 5 AM and finishing by 5:30 AM in the active zone. They do not bear fruit in any other zone or world or any other time that day. If you want to harvest wild plants in any other zone than the one your sim lives in, you have to go to that zone before 5 AM and wait until the plants in that zone generate their fruit.
If you have Get to Work, you will also find that the plants at the Laboratory will never bear fruit without using either a mod or cheats. There is a bug report for that here.
