Is 'offline mode' not supported anymore?

I noticed the community have encountered countless issues with this latest patch. Besides the obvious, It has also been reported some players paid packs are not showing up correctly and the new Gallery update has removed the ability to access the gallery while in 'offline mode'.

Giving how the markeplace is structured and how packs are managed including the changes with how the game stores data - does this mean we are forced to always play 'online' and offline mode is now not supported?
