Please open vacation worlds for normal play
Hello! Rental lots were added to the base game a few years ago which pretty much rendered the "vacation" worlds obsolete. It would be great if sims could live in and/or visit Granite Falls, Selvado...

Until EAxis makes it possible there are two workarounds. One involves owning the Paranormal pack and the other requires using mods.

I don't know why I never thought of that. I'm always messing about with lot types to change what lots can do. Like creating a second home with a retail lot. I wonder if that would work too🤔.
I'm taking a break from it right now as the broken console controls added to the facial bug just made me say "nope, you're staying switched off. We need a timeout"! 😡 But once I'm back in it again I'm going to try this out.- @simsplayer818 You're welcome. I've only tried this once, and it worked, but I have no desire to play Granit Falls, but it's a neat trick to know.
I'm also pausing my game play since any progress I make I cannot keep if I want my sims to look their old self's after a patch for the face distortion bug is released.
