Plot I Was Working on Completely undone and saves deleted

I’ve been working on a plot for about 9 hours and  suddenly sims completely froze. I couldn’t move or click on anything, and the menu wouldn’t come up, so I force quit the game since it autosaves, and I had saved about 20 minutes ago anyway, but when I opened the plot again it was just straight up gone. All of it. My money was back, and I looked at the saves and all of them were just the default Sim I had pre-makeover and nothing. I don’t have any mods or CC since I’m bad with computers. Is there anything that can be done or is it all gone?
