@kym45 You do need an internet connection on your computer in order to sign into the EA App and take it offline. This is unfortunate, and there's no workaround. However, you can put the App in offline mode after that. So if your computer has wifi, you can set your phone as a mobile hotspot (using data, not your nonworking home wifi), connect your computer to that, sign into the App, take it offline, and disconnect from the hotspot. Doing this shouldn't use much data, and Sims 4 should launch with the App in offline mode.
