Pregnant Co-worker

Okay lol random question. So one of the household I made is pregnant (I forgot about her being pregnant after 3 months of not playing the save file). I’m playing a different household that I made and he works at the same hospital she does. She’s currently in labor… what happens during the work day? Does she stay in labor until she gets off, or will she end up having the baby on the job?

Amirinsims I'm not sure what happens when the pregnant sim is at the hospital and goes into labor. Probably what they do elsewhere which is leave the lot when they reach 0 hour sometimes with a wall message, sometimes without. Also, they might do the same as an active sim who is at work which is to wait until the sim gets home at end of shift.
