problematic save

I have a problem with one particular save, it won't let me play as any of my sims at all and each time I try to play it just says it's a game loading error (error code: 124:59168fd0:f7bd4b35) and it requires restarting the game. I tried to but it does nothing, I tried to fix the game with the EA feature but it didn't work. there's no chance it's something up with my mods because I checked them one by one recently and it's only that one save that is crashed like that. Does anybody have or had the same problem? 

 

ps. sorry for any mistakes I'm not a native speaker

    Hi MISIA5​ 

    did you test without mods/cc at all ?

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
