thessess Please try removing accountDataDB.package, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If this helps, and you're willing, please share your accountDataDB file. You can upload it to a free third-party filesharing site (e.g. Google Drive) and link it here.

And include the fact that deleting the file did nothing.
