Queue actions will not start or complete not sure its a bug or something else

Any one know what steps i can take to fix  this other than a repair? already did that and nothing has changed. i did download the life and death pack plus a few kits this week and this happened. Do i...

    @blizzymama249 But all your Sims on that save or a specific one ?

    Could you test a household you haven't played on that save ?

      I checked 1 other house hold and it does not do it for that house hold.

        @blizzymama249 Could you try the following to see if it's an issue with the household or the house itself

        - Move the family to another lot and see if it works there
        - Move another family (that works on another lot) into the house and see if it works for them.
