@crinrict Thank you! Sorry was in a bit of a panic and didn't see this thread. Just to clarify, I have several backed-up files called UserSetting@..... If I copy those over to my The Sims 4 folder will that bring back my rewards? I've got all sorts of other files like ReticulatedSplinesView@... and localthumbcache@.... Should I copy those across too?

@crinrict I copied all the files over from my portable hard drive and it worked, all rewards are back! Thank you so much for this thread and for figuring out the fix. I hope EA make this more publicly known so people can backup properly.

That should help you decide what to backup/put back.
