Hi @KaylaDM18. You mentioned that you disabled mods, but sometimes that won't get rid of a mod-related problem. Instead, try dragging your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it. If you do, we can look at other issues.

    Having the same problem, but do not have For Rent. Playing on PS4 and have tried a new game and a previous save and cannot transfer funds from the household to the business which means I can't open the business

    @bc0414sc I feel the OPs issue sounds different than what's in the bug report.

    There's currently a known issue when you own a rental property that you can transfer business funds but the household ones stay the same. This is mostly for the vet clinic. Do you have Cats & Dogs and have similar issues with the vet clinic ?

    Retail may be different.

    @moniiverse Do you also have issues with retail ? Do you have FR ? What platform are you on ?

    yes I have issues with retail. I am using MacBook and Origin to play. Can you tell me what FR is? sorry I am new to sims

    FR is an abbreviation of For Rent, the latest expansion pack.

    @moniiverse Ah sorry, so used to use abbreviations these days. As Sketch said, I mean for rent.

    I've tested this on my saved and have no issues with retail so not sure what's going on.

    Do you have the same symptoms as OP ?

    Im having the same issues, I just purchased a vet clinic and can’t transfer any money to it so I can open it… has anyone figured out a way to get money to transfer? It used to work all the time but I downloaded a few new packs and it stopped working!

    @elenax18 The vet clinic has the issue that household funds stay the same but you should still be able to transfer. Are you using mods/cc ?

    @elenax18 Custom third party content added to your game via the mods folder. Chances are that if you don't know what they are, you probably don't have any :D

    Could you describe in a bit more details what happens when you try to transfer ? Does it not transfer over ?

    Okay cool. So basically I purchased a vet clinic, I can’t open it because there are no funds available for me to use. So I was on my home lot and tried to transfer funds, it’s lets me do everything, enter the amount and hit transfer. But it doesn’t actually transfer the funds over, I’ve tried multiple different amounts, restated the game/ my laptop. Made sure all my updates were good. I haven’t tried it with a restaurant or retail store.

    @elenax18 Could you try another save/household to see if it's related to the specific Sims/Save ?

    You can sell something in Build/Buy mode to get enough funds to open. Of course, there won't be much point to opening if you can't transfer funds back to the household.

    I just installed another update and I think this is fixed now. Purchased the vet clinic from Cats and Dogs, and I can transfer money back and forth. I tested the transfer in both directions.

    Update: 1.105.332.1020 (64 Bit) (PC)
