Re: Can't download the Sims 4 on another laptop

I have a Macbook with my Sims 4, and my sister wanted to play on her laptop (under my account). Is it possible for the Sims 4 to be downloaded on two different laptops but under the same account? She uses Windows, and I use a MacBook, so I know that mine allows Origin and my sister's, the EA app. I just thought that they'd still be the same account so there shouldn't be an issue with downloading the game on her laptop, however it wouldn't let her.

@BeaUriel7012 Yes, it's possible to install Sims 4 on a number of computers using the same account. I currently have mine installed four times on my own computers and have tested on other machines as well. However, only one account can be signed into Origin or the EA App at a time.

What happens when your sister tries to install Sims 4, or login to the EA App if that's the issue? Please post a screenshot of the error.
