Re-enable mud bath and soaks on shower/tub combo

Hi EA, please can you properly fix the shower/tub combos so that they can do mud bath and soaks as well as working showers, otherwise the new tiny builds are going to be very restricted on bathroom designs.

@helenthehunter Yes THIS! I’m super freaking frustrated because now my tiny tiny tiny home can’t have a tub and shower combo so my sim can take soaks ☹️ my sim needs SOAKS!
