I just tested a new save and a really old game and it's still not working .

@Closingwinter1 Did you delete all your cache files:

Really a bit unsure what else to suggest especially since it works for residential lots.

Is it any kind of community ? What happens if you switch a community to residential, does it start working ?

EDIT: Are you clicking on the actual lot or the neighborhood icon ?

Newcrest doesn't have any community lots.
