Re: No 'ask to be partner' OR 'propose' option

I'm having this issue as well and I only have the options to be woohoo partners or friends, no ask to be partner anywhere :/ 

@RachelMellema If you have “ask to be friends” it sounds like they’re already partners? Do you have propose?

Unfortunately the option to "ask to be partner/boyfriend" never came up, so they're not partners. Unless that mechanic has changed? They have full friendship and full romance, but the only options I'm getting are: "Ask if single" and "Ask about romantic interests". Under Relationship in their profile it just says "Good compatibility" and "Soulmates" but nothing like boyfriend, partner, husband, etc. Under Change Relationship I have options of "Ask to just be friends", "Become best friends" and "Ask to reconsider romantic boundaries". I don't have propose either.

I thought the same thing but it turns out that Ask To Just Be Friends becomes available as soon as they have a romantic relationship bar (the pink one). 

Ask to Just Be Friends seems to zero out the Romance bar but doesn't remove it. It worked for me with Sims who were Engaged or Partners, and ended the Engagement or Partnership. It also worked with Sims who didn't have a commited relationship. I didn't try it with any married Sims. 

@Sketch793 No, I meant if you have the ask to be partner/propose options ? They are under relationship now, right ?

Have a new couple now in my game and they have the option: Ask to be romantic partner under relationship (no sub menu)

I ended up putting in a cheat to make them partners, then engaged, but when I then tried to get them married the option to get married didn't come up either. Just fantasise about weddings and plan a wedding, but not get married now. I eventually just clicked on elope immediately but yeah its becoming an issue with my other sims too. I'll bring up a picture with the next couple it happens to.

I'm also having this issue to the point where no sim can get a pink romance bar at all. I can only be woohoo partners with sims, but I can't date, propose, or marry.

I've tried it with and without mods enabled. Even created new save files for both.

I learned that if you make them "woohoo partners", they can't become romantic partners without having them to end the woohoo relationship.

At least that's the only thing that I've been able to figure out.
