Frustratingly, I did. They told me to post here, for what good it would do.

Hi @jari121red,
Sorry to read what happened with your purchase but Answer HQ is a forum where players help each others which means that we don't have any information concerning your account and what's happening on it. ☹️
The best way to fix your issue is to contact back our support: Talk to us: How to contact EA Help for support. When you will contact them make sure that you give all the exact information on what happened.
Good luck!
This is the annoying thing. I contacted them, and their answer was to post here.
I still don't understand why, and when I asked them, their answer was, "someone will get back to you."
Apparently, EA doesn't understand how EA works, or they just decided it was too difficult to actually help me. *sigh*

@jari121red Hi there, did you try to clear your cache ? Here our article where we explain how to do that: How do I clear my browser's cache?
Does the issue is with all the stuff packs? Or only one some of those stuff packs?
Thank you. I just got off the phone with them. After hanging up on me once, and taking over twenty minutes, they decided that it was
...a mistake. Their words.
Apparently, they were never meant to be on sale, which is why the pricing wasn't showing up correctly. So despite the sale signs on their front page and me having screen shot proof, they're not going to honour the price. She said she would email me a fifteen percent off coupon code, but it can't be used with anything on sale, anyway, so... that's unhelpful.
I'm just really hacked off now.
