@KeySweetLuv21 That sounds like an issue caused by a conflict between the December patch (new skin tones) and a particular mod that we are not allowed to mention here. Perhaps double-check that your game and mods are updated to the most recent versions.
@Bannana16 @KeySweetLuv21 Apologies. I had issues with this back in December and it was related to a mod. I did a bit more digging and found more posts and articles. While most people have had the issue due to mods and CC, there were a few other posts from people who don't use them. If you do have mods and CC, be sure to update them. If not, try repairing your game as @puzzlezaddict suggested. I read a couple of posts indicating it may require multiple attempts to repair. In addition to the EA article on clearing the cache shared by puzzlezaddict there is an article about it on EA AHQ helper crinrict's blog.
