Reaper Rewards: No rewards in Sims inventory

Even though I collected the event rewards for the previous login event they don’t seem to appear in my inventory anymore.

@Thekhalilkiller  The books might have been put away into a bookshelf on the lot. And you’re sure your sim neither drank nor still has the potions?

The earrings wouldn’t be in your inventory; they’re available in CAS. The lot challenge is of course in lot challenges. The grimophone was unlocked in the build/buy catalog, and to complete the quest you would have bought and placed it on the lot.

The freezer boney collectible, however, should have gone into the inventory of whichever sim was active when you claimed the reward, and unless you purposely took it out and placed it in the world, I would expect it to still be there.

You don’t have the freezer boney anywhere? And if you check in CAS, build/buy, and the lot challenges, are those rewards available at all?

I've had a similar issue; week one worked fine but partway through week 2's tasks it reset me back to buying fruit seeds and then I realised that none of the items I had unlocked today had appeared in my inventory when I completed all the tasks (some of them for the second time. Instant Fun and Instant Hygiene potions, The Green Lady's Lost Tome, Starborn Freezer Boney, and Gardening Vol2 book are all missing even though I claimed them. Strangely the Trad Goth Jeans are available in CAS. All of last week's reward items are still visible.

I didn't save the game but when I rebooted, the event was still saying it was completed although all the changes I made like befriending the Grim Reaper and planting stuff obviously were no longer done. I don't have any mods on my game either. Only the progress and the jeans remain.

That's the same issue I am having. I don't seem to have the tome as well.

Are you guys all using mods/cc ?

If you are missing the filter, it's most probably mods. Make sure they are updated or remove them.

• I already claimed some of the rewards but then, my game crashed. when I started my game today (again) they were gone (scare seeker lot, happy potion and starborm freezer boney) but they still shown as i claimed them

The drink showed up in my sims inventory but not the book.
Not shelved into the bookcases and it did not look like purchasing the book was an option either.

I would love further thoughts?

I had the same issue with not seeing the tome. I used the cheat bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement after looking everywhere for it and not being able to buy it in build mode. This allowed me to buy it in build mode. I hope this helps.
