Reaper's Rewards - Scare Seeker Lot Challenge does nothing?

Could you please edit your post and add the following info to your post.

Which language are you playing the game in? 
How often does the bug occur? 
What is your current game version number? 
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
What happens when the bug occurs? 
What do you expect to see? 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? 

The bug template is sometimes not being displayed due to high traffic.

The only thing I noticed after looking around the lot to try to find anything happening was Caleb and Vlad walking around the neighbourhood at night but is that really all it is supposed to do? 

The description is "There's something in the air here that fills you with eldritch excitement and attracts Sims looking for a ghoulishly good time"... I wasn't really expecting it to just be existing townies I normally see in my game just walking around the town.

@Rebekyy Per the Reaper's Reward blog post, it says that sims will get energized instead of scared with this lot challenge (not sure how that makes it a challenge, but regardless, that's what it says). I expect you wouldn't notice anything unless something happened that would usually make your sim scared. Things like storms (unless your sim has the storm seeker trait), haunted houses, some fears, some lot challenges can make sims scared (that's just a limited list of things that quickly comes to mind, I know there are more things).

@gooochyeee  I didn't get that from the blog post description, so thanks for that explanation! I guess that means it essentially needs you to have DLC that adds occults, that is when it works! Though the only occults I remember scaring sims is werewolves if they are rampaging (I have werewolves limited to Moonwood Mills, so would think that would conflict with that lot challenge).

I can't recall my sims ever being scared of any other occults (though I do also pretty much always play with spellcasters).

Thanks - I just noticed my sim having a bored moodlet from nothing scary happening so I guess this isn't a bug after all. Not sure if I should delete this thread or just leave it up in case anyone else gets confused about it?

A bit disappointing but I like the event regardless.

@MapleSimmer  The vampires can scare sims, with certain skills/weaknesses, aliens scare sims aswell, not sure about mermaids/spellcasters, the ‘limit werewolves to moonwood mill’ setting just means you wont get them in wolf form/rampaging outside of moonwood mill they can still spawn in human form

@Rebekyy Leave it, it’ll probably get moved out of bugs to a discussion board so it would help others
