- Reaper's Rewards: Wait for Newsletter Task Not Completing

- Reaper's Rewards: Paying for expedited mail causes delivery loop

- Reaper's Rewards: Mail can't reach mailbox, mail not delivered

Exact same issue. As the qiest did not complete the 1st time, I waited 1-2 days in game that the postman comes again. Got a new letter, opened it and it still did not complete. 3rd attempt same result. Super annoying.
