Reaper's Rewards: Planting Flowers/Trees not checking off

So I started the quest and was soooooo enjoying it, up until it stopped working, completed one half of the first weeks quest but something bad happened when I planted lilys and snapdragons, then nothing happened as I planted apple and cherry tree or anything else I planted, the bit that said grins assistant just stopped, no little notes to tell me what to do, in fact it shifted to a balloon emoji and had me running around fulfilling those things

really wanted to experience this quest but as I can’t complete the whole of week one I can’t see me getting to start on week one

disabked all mods ! So no idea what’s happening

Sorry for opening yet another thread about this but I DID turn off mods and CC and my game is still NOT marking the flowers as being planted. 

I have all three weeks available for the Reaper's Rewards, but I can't get past Week One  -- I'm still on Assistant to the Grim Reaper because the goals to plant a lily and a snapdragon won't be completed, no matter how many lilies and snapdragons I plant

I can't get past week one because the game wont register that I planted a lily and a snap dragon...

 Ive tried playing in another save, restarting the sims, re downloading the sims, restarting my computer, etc and nothing has worked so far. Please let me know if there is a way to move forward from this because UI cheats hasn't updated for this yet..,

I am having the same issue, I have removed and turned off all my mods/cc and it still wont check off the planting lily and snapdragon.

I already had a Bug in the Reaper’s Rewards Event in the second week that the Sims-Team fixed but now there is a new one for week 3 that I can’t seem to get rid of.

The Gardening Tasks don’t seem to work for me in the “Digging Holes” section and both the “Plant an Apple” and “Plant a Cherry” (image down below) don’t get shown as being done even though I did them many times and tried over and over again.

I have no mods installed and no CC in general and I tried both opening a new save and restarting my PC plus the Game but it doesn’t change anything.

I hope the Sims-Team will fix it because I would really really like to complete this Event,

anyways, someone please help I am so confused.

EDIT: I just “repaired” the bug and my game by selecting Library on the EA App and then Library>My Games>Click on upper right corner of The Sims 4>Repair

Since all PC/MAC Sims 4 Games now all run over the EA App this method could work for you too🙂

This worked for fixing the Game and now I am able to play the Reaper’s Rewards Event without bugs again.

Hi, I'm facing a problem with completing quest with planting cherry and apple, no matter how many times and different seasons I try, the mission remains uncompleted. I tried fixing the game by checking files, I tried without any mods it's not completing the quest - I don't have better build buy mod and never used it. Didn't have any questions with previous quests.

I tried with vanilla game and currently im not using any mods - the quest is still not working. I tried deleting accountDataDB.package per your suggest and it doesn't help either.
