Recruiting Sims in Batuu!!
How do you recruit sims to the resistance cause in Batuu? Ive made friends with lots of citizens but the option never comes up.

I am in the 2 level but i do not get the option to recruit the sim after making it even my friend. And yes it is the ''right kind'' of sim..
Make sure your charisma skill level is high enough
