DarkDiamondSims Ok, I haven't seen or heard of either an 808 error or run into a lot that was partially loadable. Usually, when one apartment won't load, none will, so yours seems to be unique. Here are a few more things to try to save the lot. Before doing anything, make a copy of the save and put it somewhere safe so you have something to fall back on if things go sideways.
Move all the tenants out via Manage Households. Go to the landlord's lot and have them sell the lot. Try to enter the lot in build mode from the World map. If you can get into the lot, change all the space assignments to shared and the lot venue to residential. At this point, if you have decided to get rid of the lot, you should be able to either bulldoze or replace it if you so choose. Otherwise, replace whatever is missing or make any other changes you want to make. Assign the spaces again and change the venue back to residential rental.
If you can't get into the lot and get the error or a never-ending loading screen, start over and this time when you move the tenants out, keep the furniture. You'll have to refurnish all of the apartments if it works.
If that doesn't work, come back and we can go from there.
I got the error again, and it's error 800. My bad. I'm sorry.
I've taken all mods out, deleted cache files and repaired my game. I'm still having the same issues. Redoing the lot doesn't help. I tried. Sold it, turned it to a normal residential. Closed the game, reloaded the game, redid the rental part and got the same problem.
I also can't get into the Stonesteet apartments in Evergreen harbor at all. 😩
