I'm having an issue where I cannot find rock climbing gear. It isn't available for purchase in the Order section on computers. I watched a video where a sim ordered from a section on the computer that said "adventurer gear" and I cannot seem to find it. I'm really confused. I don't see it in the research section either. Any suggestions? Help.
Hey! I had the same issue until I attempted one of the smaller walls with no gear so that it enables the rock climbing skill. (When it says in the pop up menu 'Rock Climbing Skill' Then I found I could order it after I put a computer on the empty desk at the bathhouse. Hope this helps 🙂
I have been having this same problem all morning. I ended up running a "repair" on Sims 4 and then removed all mods. After that it finally popped up for me.
Update: However, the game did immediately crash after I purchased the gear.
You have to learn about rock climbing from one of the mr. Komorebi info boards. (not the one you use for hiking) Its just a simple interaction that takes a second and after the interaction you get a pop over climbing gear and then you can order it from a computer.
@ooglemoogle22 @CrimsonArcher13 @JulietDay86 @test12312313 There is a possibility to start learning to climb. The Top Hitz Rock Climbing Wall is accessible when you also have the the Fitness Pack. This Rock climbing wall did not do very much up until now. It is already in the game since 2017 but now you can buy it and put it into your house or any building with the tallest walls and your Sims can start practicing at home in the gym or where ever you place it. It now also has some extra features in climbing. When your Sim is fit enough he or she will gain the climbing skill in no time.
