ROOM in BUY/BUILD MODE: Search by specific size option

Hi there!

I have a suggestion to have the ability to search by size for Rooms in Buy/Build mode. I almost never use the Room option due to not being able to locate the size that I need without having to search through, "Small, Medium, Large" as options. This needs to be more specific.
