In fullscreen and windowed CAS, I cannot see the right edge of my screen, this cuts off multiple selections. I have reset all of my settings to default to see if this would solve the issue, but no luck. I can see the "Check" mark and the "X" at the bottom right, but only the items that can be edited are cut off, such as hair, outfits, eye color, etc.
3547232 You have a couple of choices to fix that. Out of the box, the game only has two columns for CAS items, so from the number of columns I see in your pic, you are using a more columns mod attempting to show 4 columns. If you are using Weerbesu's More Columns in CAS mod, you can use the 3-column version instead of the 4 (or 5) column version so that it will fit on your screen.
The other choice it to adjust your UI using the slider on the option in Game Options>Accessibility. Keep in mind that adjusting the slider will change how the UI displays in CAS, live and build modes when you adjust it.
