Servers
Does anyone know why the servers are down? I've been trying to play the Sims for 4 days and theres nothing in my Game Library despite purchasing the Sims 4. Any ideas? Has EA spoken out about this?

I have no trouble getting into the sims 4.
It would be useful if you could tell us a bit more.
Is this on Console, PC or a Mobile Device?
