Shirt Accessory

Does anyone know if it will ever be possible to layer shirts (as we can with pants+tights+socks+shoes)? It is so hard to make muslim sims and it would be 10x easier if there were a tight shirt that could be layered under other shirts/dresses. 

Basically what I am looking for is another "Accessory" to be added to the game. Ideally it would be a long sleeve shirt that shows no cleavage. Not looking for anything dramatic, basically a skin recolour for the torso (down to wrists, up to edge of neck, down to hips) that would be under clothing. 

Could also put this as a "gloves" accessory, same as the long gloves, just remove the hand part of them. The sim still couldn't wear much of the clothing (due to cleavage), but the possibilities at least double for the sims to be able to have covered arms. 

Another option would be a "body suit" accessory... Just a suit for under all clothing (again, same as the tights, just for the whole body). 

I know this isn't really possible now, but I am not sure where I would inquire about this to get it to the sims team so I am hoping if this post gets some action some gurus might see it and know what to do!
