@elizabethmann If you leave the festival do you get the option back ?

Also are you using mods/cc ?

It's definitely the location. I sent them somewhere else and it brought back the propose with crafted ring option. I sent them back to the festival and it went back to just having the heat of the moment proposal.

    @elizabethmann Don't know if this is a bug or by design. Could be that they want the festival to be a spur of the moment thing only.
