Sim is missing purple entertainment icon on his phone

I play on Xbox and I have discovered something I’ve never seen before. In a family of six, four adults and two teens, one of the adult adults (who by the way has video gaming skill of 6) is missing the purple “entertainment” icon on his phone.  It’s strange that it would happen to just one sim. Is it a bug or is there some other reason?
