Sim Melted Face Glitch

I have a sim whose face looks like its literally melting. He is a young adult and I've had this issue with a toddler before, but that was fixed with removing my EA lash remover mod. He is a vampire and werewolf hybrid that I've used a mod to keep from glitching. I have removed those mods and he still look the way he does. I also removed one of his occult traits and nothing. His outfits are also completely different. I've removed skins and eye replacements even thought none of my other sims are affected. I know changing the face preset fixes him, but I want him to look the same way he did before. He is apart of my legacy family so changing the way he looks entirely cannot be an option. I really want to try and fix him without changing his whole appearance so if anyone can help me with this I'd appreciate it.
